World Vision is a Christian Relief organization that works with people to overcome poverty and injustice. They work all around the world they are in 98 countries. Now lets get to the race.
From the Vermont Residency is Beanstalk from the icechaser barn is coming in to this of a lifetime high speed figure of 113 and a second place finish in the Danzig in Vermont special stakes race. she has never run at todays distance. Her pervious best was a 111 and came back with a 104. She comes into todays race as the number 16 ranked in the sprint division. This entry should be about four off the leader and make her run in the stretch. Contender. Representing the Minnesota residency is Susie er from the erracing stable comes into this off a tough race in the smackdown turf mile. she rated about six off the leader and never made her run she seems to want shorter and is a listed stakes winner at six and a half. I think that this race is a little too short for her late kick. Outside chance.
The CR Racers send Alberta Fire from their oilspill stable winner of sixteen of thirty nine races and 1,477,277 in earnings. She made a huge jump in speed figures at a 111 from a 105 might be that good or the off track could of made the difference. She won the G1 The Ball and Chain Bullet. Likes to make one run and has come from as far back as 8 lengths to win.
Wondergirl Eden is entered for the Benelux Residency the trainer is zeco5. She has a win at the distance and is looking to improve off a fifth place finish in her tune up race. Her best race came one back in a 49,000 allowance at six panels and a nice 110 speed figure. I would look for her to be placed two to four lengths off the leaders.Outside Chance.
Hope and Faith running for the honor of the Rash Residency and trainer alysalley. This entry is a long shot with little chance but on a day like today even getting to this level is a great acomplishment. She has been running in alwance company and finished second her last to times out. Little Chance.
The Grsimsters send out Lightseeker from the lenny3 barn. She won her last out in the smackdown event the six furlong turf race with a 106 speed figure. She has three straight measured wins and 113 speed figures. She will be toward the front and be running late as well. She is the number three ranked turf sprinter. Will be tough.
Delpenn has Hollaback Girl ready to run from the super23 barn. She is racked 24th in the turf division and looks to move up with a win in here. She was last seen in the smackdown turf sprint finishing behind lightseeker by a length and a quarter. We have to wonder how her closing kick will be affected by the distance. Might hit the board.
From Ireland comes woke up dancing trained by atchafalay. She comes in to this off a try in graded company finishing second in the grade III Boon Turf Stakes. She is the thirty second ranked filly in the turf sprint division. She seems to be better at seven panels so this distance will be a big question mark. Outside looking in.
Oenone is the entry for queensland and trainer parramatta. She looks to rebound after an off performance finishing ninth in her last two races. The best thing about this entry is the fact that she has a win over this distance. Needs to improve to best this group.
Ohio Residency sends out Mode from the Philpy stable. She seems to want more ground all of her best performances have been at seven panels. If she can beat this group she will have a strong demand in the breeding shed. She will be four or five of the leader and try her luck in the stretch. Might be good enough for show money.
From ewc comes sj's sj, booberry has this entry race ready and in form. Won a stakes in her last while running the six furlong distance with a nice 105 sf. She will be the leader and might have a chance to steal this race as most of the horses seem to like to be back in the pack. But if she gets caught she will be blown away. The one to catch.
From the Hispano Parlante Residency comes solita for deamscity. She has only one win this year and will be well back early. She came from ten back her last race to get second money the only problem was that is a nw2y, she takes a leap up in class to face these. Last early might charge for fourth or fifth spot.
Win Tiger is coming in for the Kentucky Horsemen and their trainer irt. She loves the seven furlong distance and will need to have the same kick at this short run. Has the numbers to beat this group but with the slow pace she will need all she can muster for a short stretch run. contender.
Great Plains send out El Cajon from the dagrims barn. Ran in the Kaz Hayashi sprint cup in a prep for this short run she stayed fourth and faded in the stretch run. She has a nice run at six and seven furlongs but if her last race is any suggestion of how she will run in here might be a plodder. Outside chance.
From the Residency that named the race comes Rutherford Ondirt out of the candyland barn. She seems to run her best when she is going for the lead she posted a 110 sf three back and might like the distance as well. I think she will be second till they make the turn for home. Outside Chance.
The Alpine Turf Club Hopes the name of their entrant is what they leave today with Legacy. I don't see that happening in this race. She is coming in off of two bad runs with only 88 sf and would need to sprout wings to beat this bunch. Outside looking in.
Idolatria is the entry for the Northwest Racing Circuit and victoryrun. She won the Graded 3 Kaz hayashi sprint cup and lost by a head in the triangular sprint cup both at 5 Furlongs. She will be head and head the whole race if she goes for the lead and then the closers will come running. I will give her the best chance of the leading group. Contender.
Last but not Least is the entry from the Blazing Saddles residency Down in the valley for mtk76. She will be off the pace and make one run down the lane. She might not like the distance and will need to see how she fares on the way the race unfolds. Might Hang Around for third.
There are the horses and the residencies that they represent and who knows this could be the race that makes a difference in one of the trainers lives. Lets get to my picks I like Iodolatria, Lightseeker and Alberta Fire. Lets box them and hope for the best.
Cheers and Good Luck on the day.
