1. The objective of this contest is to pick one of your horses and generate a higher payoff then any other participant.

2. Each resident may make one selection from any of their SIM stables each week the contest runs.

3. Entries are to be posted in the Weekly Handicapper's Thread on the Vermont Posting Board.

4. Required information is the Vermont Stable name; the Horse name; and the race number. Additional information could include PP, odds, and a reason why you think this longshot has a chance to win.

5. The weekly winner is the player with the highest payoff based on a $2 win/place/show bet.

6. Winner will be posted below and 100 credits will be awarded to the Vermont stable.
